You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. situstoto strongly recommends the use of a unique, strong password not shared with any other online service. You must notify situstoto support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. situstoto shall not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised Account access where you have failed to adequately secure your login credentials.

Upon Account termination for breach, situstoto reserves the right to forfeit any outstanding balance attributable to bonus funds or winnings derived from prohibited activity.
